twice? every time you get into your lovely bathroom? or never?
actually your facial cleanser contain tons of chemical that can make you skin older than you supposed to be!
so, the perfect way to save your skin from looking OLD is reduced the usage of your facial cleaner!
1. start your day by washing your face with your cleanser.
2. rinse your face with plenty of pure water
3. during night DON'T use the cleanser before you sleep!
4.wash your face at night with plain water or even warm water(this better)
5.then, apply some moisture stuff on your face(recommended: use organic/plant/natural based product)
so, get yourself ready to have a lovely baby skin!

but, no worries! you can even pampered yourself at home using things that already there, in your kitchen!
1.LEG
-pour some hot water into a pail with some plain water
-put some salt or if better use rock salt
-check the temperature using your finger.if it's too hot pour some more water
-then slowly put your legs into.
-enjoy doing this while listening to some music
extra: then you may massage your legs with some body lotion
2.FACE
-pour some boiled water into a small basin
-place a small towel onto it.make sure it doesn't touch the water
-few minutes later, pull up the towel and place your face on the basin and feel the heat on your face
-place the towel over your head and this will block the vapour out
warning: don't place your face too long.make sure you rest up ever 2-3 minutes
3.BODY
-blend up some uncooked rice(some say BERAS) till it become smaller pieces
-get your shower as usual
-mix the blended uncooked rice with some water
-pick some of it and rub on your body slowly
-wait until it dry on your body
-rinse your body and feel the softness of your skin
extra: can be apply on your face too.
